  karen’s blog is great – been reading it for a long time now. any recipe that i have ever tried, has been amazing. the cornish hens with a cranberry sauce – yum! and she has a recipe on there for the most amazing buttermilk pancakes (actually made them this morning). kids love them and the extras get thrown into the freezer and them popped into the toaster oven when when they want “fluffy” (yes, that’s what they call them) pancakes.
