And I don’t mean in a bad sort of day. It’s been a delightfully long day. I love this, the day after “falling back.” It’s like I get that extra hour about eight times throughout the day.

“Wow! It’s only 8 AM!”

“Wow! I can’t believe it’s only 10:30!”

“It’s ONLY 2:00?”

And on and on. Kind of fun. Wish I felt like that more often. Usually it’s “Oh my gosh! It’s already 3:30!”

Hope you had a great weekend! Ours was terrific. Got lots done outside today. It was beautiful here…and we got things packed away for winter. All the flower pots are emptied and washed, and the tool shed is organized. The first round of the “battle against the falling leaves” is done. I love working outside on crisp fall days.

Had a great time at the “Happy, Healthy Holidays” event. More on that soon. But for now…I’m supposed to be catching up on email. And one item in my box is that I was tagged by Jacqui.

I have a tendency to put off these tagging things…because I never know who to tag back. So how’s this for a new twist…if you want to be tagged, comment here. The first seven of you to do so…are officially tagged by me. (Does that count? Or am I breaking some sort of blogging law?)

OK…so here are the rules (courtesy of Gretchen who was tagged by Jacqui, too.)

Here are the rules which must be posted on your blog if you are tagged: 1. Link to your tagger and post these rules. 2. Share 7 facts about yourself: some random, some weird. 3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post and list their names (linking to them). 4. Let them know they’ve been tagged by leaving a comment at their blogs.

Random facts. (And I’m not going to claim that they’re all interesting.)

1. I’m the youngest of three kids.

2. I moved to St. Louis when I graduated from college…and the only things I knew about St. Louis were that there’s an Arch here and it’s the home of Anheuser-Bush. (Scary, huh?)

3. I used to be really, really afraid of flying. (Until at a former employer I had an office with a window. Our building was right by the airport so I saw planes taking off and landing all day long. This made me realize (finally) how many planes actually take off and land safely each and every day.)

4. I’m a Taurus.

5. I’m married to a Taurus.

6. I’m terrible at geography.

7.  I got the chicken pox my Senior year in High School.

OK…just post a comment if you want to be tagged! (And forgive me for not following the rules exactly. I’m just delegating, right?)
